We are expanding our Sales Order Processing team due to continuous growth. We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Fleet Support Executive to join our Sales Order Processing team. As a part of our Team, you'll work in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

**Join Your New Team**:
This role sits within the busy and fast-paced Sales Order Processing team. This is a great opportunity to work within our small friendly team, we have a supportive and collaborative way of working and are well-placed to support someone new joining the team. The team consists of two Dealer & Fleet Sales Support Executives and two other Fleet Support Executives, who all report into SOP Logistics & Inventory Manager.
You will also engage closely with the Sales Team, Key Account Managers, and bodybuilders, fostering a collaborative and friendly work environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Manage the entire fleet order process, ensuring timely delivery to end customers.
- Logistics Liaison: Communicate with HQ logistics in Lyon.
- Frontline Support: Assist Key Account Managers and coordinate pricing input and output for National Fleet.
- Fleet Sales Support: Collaborate on Fleet Sales activities as required.
- Generate all necessary type approval documentation for fleet registrations.
- Monitor and coordinate bodybuilder schedules, taking proactive measures for deviations.
- Raise purchase orders for third-party suppliers and bodybuilders in line with deal structures.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems, aligning with deal structures.
- Produce invoices, follow-up on payments, and update internal accounts for prompt transactions.
- Support retail activities within the Sales Order Processing team.
