Austen Allen Homecare is an Award-Winning Home Care Organisation currently covering Kent and Southeast London. We have three branches contracted by the following local Authorities, Bexley Council, Kent County Council, Medway Council, and the NHS.

We pride ourselves on offering a friendly, supportive, and nurturing environment that encourages our care staff to progress into senior care roles within the company. All training is provided in-house with the opportunity of progression into care apprenticeships at levels 2 & 3.

The primary purpose of a Community Care Worker is to provide a person-centred homecare service within the community. You will be expected to work closely with your colleagues and members of the general public.

**Community Care Worker - Requirements**:

- Full Driving Licence and be a vehicle owner.
- Experience in care is desirable but not essential.

**Community Care Worker - Duties include (But not be restricted to)**:

- Personal Care
- Domestic Duties
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Administration

*Subject to terms of the contract.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour
