Protea Care Homes has a Supported Living service in Kent and we provide a range of support services for the Service Users. We are passionate about supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health diagnosis, including behaviour that challenges. We have currently recruiting a Part Time Support Worker for this service. Due to the nature of the business we require a male staff.

You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications - we’re happy to work with you to train you to become an excellent Support Worker. Above all we want someone that shares in our values. These are;

**The Role**:
As a Support Worker at Protea Care Homes your main duties will include:

- Supporting Service Users to access amenities that are in the community
- Supporting Service Users with professional and personal relationships
- Supporting Service Users with accessing education and employment
- Supporting Service Users to set and meet goals
- Supporting Service Users with their physical health
- Ensuring the Service Users home is Safe, Caring, Effective and Responsive
- Assisting line managers with ensuring that the service meets all requirements
