Care Coordinator

Austen Allen Homecare is an award-winning domiciliary care company that is a recognised provider of high-quality service, with branches across Dartford, Gravesham, and Medway.

We are now looking to recruit a care coordinator to join our team in our Medway Branch. We are looking to recruit someone keen to work in a fast-paced, friendly, team-focused environment.

**Duties Include (But not be restricted to)**:

- Rostering and scheduling care calls.
- Implementation of new care packages and building on existing rotas.
- To participate in the company’s goals and targets.
- Interviewing potential Care professionals.
- Handling complaints and escalating them to management when needed.
- Answering incoming calls and regularly communicating with Care Professionals and Service Users daily.
- Liaising with G.P.s, District Nurses, Social Services, and other Health Professionals.
- Expected to participate in the on-call rota.
- Undertaking care duties in the Community.
- Supporting Care Staff in the Community.
- Carrying out routine spot checks and supervisions on care staff.
- Responsible for running audits in your designated working area.
- Experience in Community Care

- Excellent communication skills/phone manner
- Full Driving Licence and vehicle owner

**Hours**:

- Full time.
- Extra flexibility is required for evening and weekend work.

**Salary**:

- From£22,000.00 Pro-rata (Dependant on hours and experience.)
