Pharmacy Division: Our pharmacy division comprises a group of well-established pharmacies strategically located in two neighborhoods. Each pharmacy is staffed with experienced pharmacists and healthcare professionals who prioritize customer care and wellness. We offer a wide range of pharmaceutical products, health supplements, and personalized health consultations to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care.

Care Homes Division: In addition to our pharmacies, kara health care owns and operates a series of care homes designed to provide compassionate and comprehensive care to individuals in need. Our care homes are staffed with skilled medical professionals, caregivers, and support staff who are dedicated to creating a comfortable and nurturing environment for residents.

**Brief job description**:
Responsibilities: Multi media marketing assistant at kara healthcare will play a crucial role in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engagement. Key responsibilities include:
1. **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and informative content related to healthcare, wellness, and community events to share across various social media platforms.

2. **Community Interaction**: Foster a sense of community online by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers, addressing concerns, and building positive relationships.

3. **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote services, events, and health awareness initiatives.

4. **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

5. **Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, pharmacy, and care home staff, to ensure a cohesive online presence that aligns with the company's values and goals.

**Location**:
See above: locations include-countesthorpe,cosby,narborough and possibly peterborough and wellingborough. Just needed to drive to all locations when required.

**Qualifications**:
5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

**Personal qualities**:

- Able to use the basics of social media such as uploading posts
- organised
- excellent time management

**Future prospects**:
The role offers long term security and the opportunity to progress into a permanent position.

**Training to be provided**:
Estio apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer and Certified Digital Marketing Professional by DMI, with training in how to:

- Master the art of crafting compelling content tailored for diverse audiences and a variety of marketing channels, ensuring sensitivity and effectiveness in communication.
- Analyse and integrate information from the multi-channel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.
- Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
- Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
