This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.**:
**General Overview**:
To lead a team delivering defined services, planning and specifying works for all Equans deliverable services (e.g. Civils, Painters, Office Services, HVAC, Industrial & Helpdesk). Must be an effective team member focused on customer care with a “can do” attitude with the flexibility and adaptability to perform in a changing business environment.

**What will you deliver?**:

- Work with appropriate line supervisors to ensure that tasks are planned and delivered to client specification and agreed service requirements
- Work schedules and projects are prioritised appropriately and delivered on time
- Plan and prioritise work
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, maintaining up to date knowledge of H/S and Environmental regulations
- Complete relevant paperwork
- Compliant with all safety related policies and procedures
- Provide out of hours cover where required

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Experience of work management systems (Passport / Maximo)
- Effective and decisive organisational skills with experience in introducing new ideas and approaches within the team
- Ability to lead and communicate across all levels working within performance management systems
- Experience of developing operational processes focused on service delivery
- Sound understanding of H&S, Environment and QA procedures
