Accounts Administrator

Chester, United Kingdom SCROll STOP Full time

Duties:

- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Input and process financial data
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Assist with technical accounting tasks, such as preparing journal entries and financial statements
- Support payroll processing by verifying employee hours and calculating wages
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors
- Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and collections
- Contribute to budgeting processes by providing financial data and analysis
- Prepare financial reports for management review

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in accounting or finance role
- Familiarity with account techniques
- Understanding of technical accounting principles and practices
- Experience with payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable functions
- Ability to resolve discrepancies effectively
- Proficient in budgeting and reports
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

Pay: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
