**Payroll Administrator - Accountancy Practice - Liverpool City Centre**
This firm work with a wide variety of small, medium and larger businesses and private clients, together with specialist teams who serve the not-for-profit sector and professional practices.
**About the Role**
1. Responsible for the day to day administration of small to medium sized multiple client payrolls with mínimal supervision ensuring all required deadlines are met.
2. Basic knowledge of statutory payroll legislation and ability to process manual calculations.
3. Developing relationships and supporting clients and internal contacts with any payroll queries they may have.
4. Basic understanding of pension auto-enrolment compliance.
5. Liaise with HMRC and other 3rd parties resolving any client queries.
6. Ensure accurate bills are raised to clients as required in a timely manner.
7. Ensure that you communicate any problems/issues as soon as they arise to the Payroll Manager so they can update the relevant client partner.
8. Assist and support other members of the team when the need arises.
9. Use own initiative to resolve any problems and to seek advice when needed.
10. Ensure that confidentiality and security of payroll information is maintained at all times.
11. Ensure all applicable laws and regulations are adhered to.
12. To develop and keep up-to-date with legislative and compliance changes and to ensure that clients are kept informed of any such changes.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year depending on experience.
