Due to further expansion of the business, Trades 24/7 have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join us. This will be a front of house / customer facing role, therefore, confidence in your abilities and a good telephone manner are essential. You’ll also be responsible for assisting us in the continuing development of key areas of the business. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Call handling, speaking with customers / engineers & subcontractors.
- HR duties to include performing DBS checks for staff, employment contracts etc.
- Assisting in the tendering process for future contracts.
- Fleet management (clean air zone payments, MOT, repairs etc).
- Assisting to further build on our nationwide network of subcontractors.
- Stock replenishment (stationery, PPE etc).
- Assisting engineers with booking stock room equipment in / out and stock taking.
- Any other general admin duties as requested.
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced office environment is essential.
- Experience of Microsoft Office is essential for this role (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Previous experience in an operations background would be beneficial but is not essential.
2 References will be required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
