Job OverviewAs a Trainee Operations Coordinator, you will be working within the Planning Team to learn systems and processes. You will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as Local Delivery Partners and Local Authorities, on a regular basis to build and maintain programmes of work.
Key Responsibilities- Programme Administration: Responsible for the administration of programme data within internal systems such as WMT and Power BI.
- Risk Management: Highlighting programme risks to the wider team.
- Performance Monitoring: Responsible for programme performance, and accountable for delivery to agreed KPIs.
- Stakeholder Management: Build productive working relationships with Local Authority representatives.
- Meeting Coordination: Attend ad hoc planning meetings with all stakeholders to ensure assurance and programme actions.
- Strategy Development: Contribute to planning and Design strategy for overall project planning.
- Project Delivery: Ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.
- Innovation: Introducing and delivering innovation to drive efficiencies and improve performance.
- Reporting: Reporting on the programme within the agreed contractual agreements.
- Team Collaboration: Ensure 'good passes' to and from the planning team.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel and Word skills, understanding of the NRSWA/permit application process.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to liaise and manage internal and external suppliers and other third-party service providers.
