**Duration**: Permanent.

**Salary**: £25,000 per annum.

**Hours**: 9am - 5:30pm Mon-Fri (flexible working with core hours 10am-4pm)

**Holiday**: 35 days per annum inc. bank holidays. Increasing to 38 days inc. bank holidays after 2 years.

**Flexibility**: Hybrid working and flexible hours.

**Location**: Chesham, Buckinghamshire (London Zone 9, Metropolitan Line) HP5 1PS. Optional 2 days per week remote working.

- **Position Overview**

We are on the lookout for a graduate with strong mathematics and data analysis, with a desire to use the power of data to make the world a better place. Progression from this role would like to be into paid media executive or data engineer role.

This role will report into the Director of Strategy and will work with other members of the data team. You will support in data engineering and analysing solutions across our digital marketing products, including but not restricted to dashboarding, AI and automation, and tracking. Building a deep understanding of their mechanics and relationships, and then developing solutions with the rest of the data team.

You’ll have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of data, a keen eye for detail and a hunger to make the world better.

- **The Day-to-Day**
- Data Structure and engineering: utilising data from a variety of tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Data Studio, utilising tools such as Google BigQuery and Supermetrics to store, manage and manipulate data.
- Data tracking: implementing new tracking tags, supporting the teams with new tracking solutions.
- Data analysis: auditing new and existing members' data and tracking setup, supporting and implementing digital marketing tracking tags and pixels, problem solving and troubleshooting issues within data setup, producing Google Looker Studio reports, testing and developing new ways to display data, providing insights from averaged and member specific benchmark data.
- Developing and improving automation through: Google Sheets (using functions and app integration), Google Scripts, Zapier and other tools.

- Passion for digital marketing.
- Demonstrably brilliant mathematics and data analysis skills.
- A logical, problem solving approach.
- A workable understanding of JavaScript, HTML, Python and a desire to develop your skills.

- A strong growth-mindset, pushing yourself and colleagues to achieve the best.
- Excellent written English and verbal communication skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to discuss technical concepts with clients.
- An ability to be adaptive and versatile in a constantly evolving environment.
- IT literacy (especially on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - knowledge of Google Suite is also desirable).
- Experience in digital marketing (especially Google Ads and PPC) is an advantage, but not essential.
