**Job Title**:Digital Media Data Assistant

**Duration**: Permanent.

**Salary**: £25,000 per annum (with expected progression to Paid Digital Media Executive and salary within 5 months).

**Hours**: 9am - 5:30pm Mon-Fri (flexible working with core hours 10am-4pm)

**Holiday**: 25 days per annum + bank holidays

**Health**: BUPA family cover for permanent employees, free annual health check, free Headspace app.

**Flexibility**: Hybrid working and flexible hours.

**Location**: Chesham, Buckinghamshire (London Zone 9, Metropolitan Line) HP5 1PS. Optional 2 days per week remote working.

- **Position Overview**

We are on the lookout for a graduate with strong mathematics and data analysis skills, who has a desire to use digital marketing and the power of data to make the world a better place. Progression from this role would likely be into a paid media analyst or a data engineer role.

This role will report into the Senior Paid Media Manager and there will be strong collaboration with the Head of Media Strategy on data engineering projects.

You’ll be devising and implementing award-winning campaigns for some amazing clients, including well-known charities. You’ll have a passion for data and digital marketing and a keen eye for detail.

- **The Day-to-Day**
- Paid media implementation: optimising Paid Search campaigns, developing ad copy and conducting A/B tests, keyword research and development.
- Data analysis: producing Google Data Studio client reports, testing and developing new ways to display data, utilising data from a variety of tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Data Studio, utilising tools such as Google BigQuery and Supermetrics to store, manage and manipulate data.
- Data tracking: implementing new tracking tags, supporting the teams with new tracking solutions.
- Developing and improving automation through: Google Sheets (using functions and app integration), Google Scripts, Zapier and other tools.
- Client communication.
- Supporting the company on new business activity.
- A variety of other tasks.

- Passion for digital marketing.
- A workable understanding of JavaScript, HTML, Python and a desire to develop your skills.
- Demonstrably brilliant mathematics skills.

- Excellent written English and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to be adaptive and versatile in a constantly evolving environment.
- IT literacy (especially on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - knowledge of Google Suite is also desirable).
- Experience in digital marketing (especially Google Ads and PPC) is an advantage, but not essential.
