The Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator will provide excellent customer service, make decisions regarding vehicle maintenance and repair as well as issue invoices and take care of cost efficiency of operations.

As a Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator you will:

- Initiate breakdown assistance for commercial vehicles
- Advise and authorise repairs and servicing of company fleet
- Authorise maintenance and mechanical repairs of vehicles
- Log all repairs, services and interactions in the system
- Issue invoices and take care of cost efficiency of operations
- Support other departments as required

We are looking for:

- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience of working in call centre environment
- Good keyboard skills and computer literacy
- Ability to think and react quickly
- Keen interest in commercial vehicles or willingness to learn about them
