**Actual Salary**:£17,763-£18,417 (DOE) pro rata
**Contract**:Part time, permanent, 52 weeks per year
- In addition, there will be a requirement to provide lettings support during evenings and weekends, as and when required. Overtime payment will be available for these hours, in accordance with the school’s policy._

Do you have a hands-on approach to your work and enjoy a challenge? Do you like to take pride in your work? Do you like each day to be different?

As a member of our small site maintenance team, you will assist in maintaining the high standard of maintenance across the school site whilst ensuring a safe learning environment for our students.

You will be responsible for general maintenance of the buildings, grounds, fixtures, and fittings and ensuring the smooth operation of the site facilities and security. Additionally, you will also act as a joint key holder, undertaking lettings out of school hours. This post involves manual handling and therefore a good level of physical fitness is required. Being comfortable working at height is advantageous. A trade background or excellent DIY skill would be desirable. Previous experience of working in a school is advantageous, but not essential.

This post would be suitable for someone who lives within the vicinity of the school.
