Mobile Cleaner / Supervisor required to work for a family run company in Wiltshire. You will be an integral part of the team.

**Hours of Work**:Average 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday start and finish times varying, often working split shifts. Start times from between 6.00 am and finish time up to 9.00 pm depending on what jobs are being covered. Occasional weekend work may also be required for which overtime rate will be paid.

**Rate of Pay**: £26,000 per year.

**Area of work**: you will be expected to travel throughout Wiltshire covering, but not limited to, the following areas - from Westbury/Trowbridge, Devizes, Marlborough, Chippenham, Melksham, and Swindon. Use of own vehicle is required for which a mileage allowance will be paid.

**Main Purpose**:
Cleaning of offices and schools. The role is to provide cover cleaning to cover for staff absence and sickness, sometimes at short notice, as well as assisting with one off cleans and deep cleans. Also to carry out carpet cleaning, hard floor cleaning. Carry out PAT testing on machinery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning at sites as and when needed to cover staff absences
- Report back to the Contract Manager any problems or potential problems at a client site
- Carry out PAT testing as required on machinery on sites
- Assist with training of new cleaners as directed by Manager
- Carry out site audits
- Keep the stores tidy and maintain stores levels
- The post holder will be expected to observe safe working practices in carrying out the required work

**Person Specification**:

- The job can require working long days and lifting heavy equipment
- Able to work early mornings and evenings
- Car owner
- Previous cleaning experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work alone and on own initiative
- Able to work in a team
