- The Yorkshire & Humber Regional Organised Crime Unit (ROCU) are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to fill the role of administration assistant within the Regional Organised Crime Unit, Wakefield.
- As an Administration Assistant you will work within an established team of police officers & police staff and will be responsible for accurately recording, disseminating, and extracting information from various sources to support national Regional Intelligence Unit (RIU) & Law Enforcement authorities (LEA) frameworks in addition to ensuring compliance with regional and national ROCU performance reporting frameworks.
- Duties will include:
- Timely and accurate recording of information utilising Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams & SharePoint.
- Management of several mailboxes.
- Administrative support to meetings, including use of PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
- Recording tasks and disseminating the meeting minutes.
