***ULI Europe has seen considerable success across its social media presence in the last six months as we look to evolve our social media activity. This means there is an open role for a talented, creative and ambitious Social Media Associate to lead in the creation and delivery of robust activity for Europe.

The role is responsible for looking after day-to-day management of all active social media accounts, content creation and other general social media duties.

You will have an innovative approach, enjoy testing new ideas and new approaches. Have an energetic style, with a willingness to learn and be passionate about making a difference.

Able to work with different groups from National Councils, Product Councils, Events, Content teams and other key stakeholders to elevate activity taking place across the organisation.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- A significant part of this role will require you to manage the existing social media calendar. This will involve planning and organising content to deliver messages aligned with various launches and initiatives. Activity will often include prioritising and co-ordinating content.
- To be able to create real impact with the social media messages you will be required to join meetings during the conception stage of creating content. To offer and create ideas of how this can be communicated.
- Supporting the national councils is integral in this role. This will include distribution of content to National Councils to support their local efforts.
- Part of the social media strategy includes interacting and engaging with members, national councils and keeping your finger on the pulse with key opportunities to share content.

**Content**
- You will have a creative eye and understand what will be impactful on social media channels. In particular you will have a strong understanding of LinkedIn
- Strong professional copy writing skills that fit within the tone of voice of the brand
- Be able to create Reels/Shorts/Tik Tok style content across all of our platforms
- Find innovative ways to communicate messages

**Wider initiatives**
- Populate social media reports
- Support the National Councils
- Support with other digital areas when required

**Who you will be**:

- Attitude is everything, you will have a desire to learn, be curious and want to make a difference with your work.
- Able to deliver successful social media campaigns (organically and paid)
- Skilled in using photoshop tools i.e., Adobe Photoshop CC or even advanced Canva
- Ability to think on your feet, and have your eye open for opportunities to improve brand recognition.
- Have a high attention to detail
- Strong relationship management skills
- Fanatical over the latest industry trends and movements
- Excellent communicator and be able to influence stakeholders
- Be able to juggle multiple projects
- A quick learner
- An organised person
- Agile and flexible

**EXPERIENCED IN**:

- Experience working for a professional service brand
- social media/ digital experience
- Paid social media experience (LinkedIn is a must)
- Strong attention to detail providing assurance to stakeholders
- Effective influencing and communication skills
