A key member of our Human Resources team, the People Services Advisor will be the face of the department, answering common HR queries, and providing support to our employees and managers.

You’ll develop relationships across the business, interacting with staff at all levels. You will also be working with our People Systems team on some exciting projects as we officially separate our Gas business from National Grid and roll out our launch.

**More Information**:
We offer a salary of up to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience. You will also be eligible for an annual bonus based on your team and the company’s performance. You’ll get 25 days’ holiday per year (increasing to 26 after 2 years of service), alongside the 8 statutory bank holidays, and the option to buy more. You’ll have access to a pension scheme where we double match your contribution (maximum Company contribution of 12%), as well as a flexible benefit scheme where you can opt into a whole host of lifestyle options.

Our office is based in Warwick, and we embrace a blend of hybrid-working. This role is customer-facing, so you can expect to be working from our office for at least 3 days a week.
