**HR Solutions Manager Reward**
Working within a FTSE 100 company as they navigate an HR transformation, with the aim to improve the employee experience overall.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Reward teams, HRBPs, Shared Services and other global teams to lead & drive end-to-end process improvement on key Reward processes with improved employee experience at the core e.g
- Pay Review/Annual bonus/ Global Mobility/benefit managementetc. Execute process re-design utilizing analytics/data to drive prioritized improvements.
- Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives for Reward areas liaising with CI manager and IT partners.
- Partner with the IT team to improve automation of activities on a variety of systems and ensure current SuccessFactors system is leveraged to its full potential including SF half yearly enhancements. Brings the outside in
- introduce and analyse new productsand technology along with IT team, that fits the strategic roadmap
- Partner with Change Management team on effective process change management & communication plans when required. Lead implement and monitor process performance goals and measures
- Play a key role as part of the design authority that governs any changes to process and technology.
- Create business case for projects and lead it through sponsorship, scoping, authorisation and subsequently mobilisation.
- Establish and sustain an effective governance framework to ensure the appropriate level of oversight and control is in place across HR process activities. Lead the development of HR projects to realise the key capability requirements of the future operatingmodel.
- Own senior HR Exec / SME / stakeholder relationships, manage demands and engage with the business/other solution areas to ensure updated systems and processes are effective across the employee lifecycle and successfully adopted within the business
- Support annual HR activities working with HR operations and shared services team.

**Skills**:

- Strong Reward/Comp & Bens process improvement experience
- Comprehensive experience across HR systems and processes
- Strong solutioning experience in Reward areas and overall knowledge of HR Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, SAP Cloud Platform)
- Good stakeholder management and interactive skills to work with other SME’s/Senior stakeholders within the business
- Familiar with Project Management methodologies e.g Agile
- Knowledge of outsourcing and shared services
- Ability to own and lead initiatives independently
