We are seeking a dynamic and patient-oriented Cosmetic Surgery After Sales Agent to join our team. The After Sales Agent will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our patients following their cosmetic surgery procedures. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct post-operative follow-up calls to patients to assess experience and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Liaise with surgeons and medical staff to coordinate patient care and address any issues that arise during the recovery process.
- Collaborate with other members of the patient care team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our patients from consultation to recovery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or patient care role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to empathise and provide reassurance to patients.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cosmetic surgery procedures and post-operative care protocols is preferred but not required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

48 hours per week over 5 days

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,704.00-£70,000.00 per year
