**Learning and Development Manager**

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development manager to build a new L&D function and work in alignment with the business to make a positive impact and affect change within this professional services consultancy globally.The L&D Manager will seek out opportunities to align their development offer globally and to create efficiencies and, where appropriate, consistency. This role would suit an experienced L&D professional with an existing ‘toolkit’ of ideas and successes tobring to the role for a fast-start The ideal person will be a self-starter, curious about solving problems and have excellent attention to detail. This is a varied role, with lots of stakeholder management as the ‘go to’ person for all learning and developmentactivity and would be great for somebody who enjoys a mix of hands-on operational as well as strategic and transformation work.

**Learning and Development Manager Responsibilities**

The Learning and Development Manager’s main duties will include:

- Analysing the existing L&D offer, identify gaps and synergies and develop a training framework and approach
- Undertake the research, creation and delivery of training programmes to meet evolving business needs
- Introduce a structured leadership development programme
- Update and relaunch the induction programme for more effective onboarding
- Design content, facilitate workshops and provide coaching
- Promote and market the L&D activity and knowledge sharing management
- Host and support ongoing development of the global hub
- Collaborate across the business globally to maximise resources and expertise

**Learning and Development Manager Experience**

They will have demonstrable experience of stakeholder management and the credibility to influence and advise on L&D strategy with a partnership approach to developing learning solutions and proven experience of formulating, implementing, and revising trainingstrategies, policies and procedures within the UK and internationally.

They will have the ability to manage a demanding workload with multiple priorities and to see issues through to completion. A “coach” rather than “tell” approach and be a good listener with clear communication skills and a collaborative nature.

They will have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and meet tight deadlines. A high energy, enthusiastic and engaging professional who works well using own initiative to achieve goals and a proactive, can-do attitude who enjoys workingin a dynamic environment
