Furniture Education Expert

We seek an experienced and enthusiastic educator to join our team as a Furniture Apprenticeship Tutor. As a key member of our faculty, you will teach Levels 2 & 3 apprenticeship courses, develop our apprenticeship provision, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence in furniture making.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver curriculum content that aligns with Activate Learning's award-winning Learning Philosophy, ensuring learners achieve their goals in furniture making, accredited by City and Guilds.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement high-quality learning experiences, incorporating industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Nurture a community of lifelong learners, providing expert guidance and mentorship to students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as furniture design or education, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven expertise in delivering innovative and effective learning experiences, with a track record of achieving excellent results.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, learners, and stakeholders.
