**Finance Administrator**

Part time - 20hrs (Mon-Fri, times flexible)

Salary from £11,946 to £13,333 per annum DOE, (FTE £22,400 to £25,000)

You will be joining a busy Finance Team, who are looking for someone who prides themselves on producing accurate work and possesses high levels of attention to detail.
- Process purchase invoices
- Reconcile supplier accounts
- Update records within the internal electronic case management system
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers, supporting with invoice and account queries
- Purchase required supplies, stationery and equipment for all business functions.
- Stock reconciliation.
- Update and maintain asset records.
- Book travel and accommodations for staff members
- General office administration
- Providing support and information to the rest of the team and business as required

**Skills**:

- Strong number skills
- Experience of using Office, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Organisational and planning skills
- Able to work under pressure and balance own workloads.

Location

ST1 area, close to Hanley city centre
