**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Finance Team Leader and providing additional support to the Financial Controller, duties will include:

- Preparation of financial management information across various core contracts
- Submission of financial information to clients and regulatory bodies
- Monitoring and reporting spend against client purchase orders
- Preparation of monthly approvals to facilitate the pay and bill process
- Chase and monitor outstanding contracts, related contract documentation and purchase orders
- Chase and monitor outstanding time submissions
- Reconciliation of supply chain costs
- Working with other areas of the Finance Department to address queries
- Generating internal reports to maintain system accuracy
- Previous experience working in a finance/accounts department
- A strong understanding of Excel
- Ability to investigate and resolve issues
- Competence to work accurately and methodically
- Capacity to work to deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a Team to prioritise workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A good understanding of Word and Outlook
- Good communication skills internally and externally
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm

**Salary**: £20,000 - £23,000 per annum
