Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Estates Site Technical Assistant within the Estates and Development team. Are you looking for a career opportunity that provides the right balance between development and workplace responsibilities?

**Core functions will include**:
To escort and supervise external contractors to ensure works are carried out in isolation to patients.
Provide access and information to sites for contractors etc.
To work alongside and provide immediate support to Development Teams within inpatient environments, which will include regular patient contact.
To undertake routine maintenance tasks such as water sampling and PAT testing.
Liaise with estates staff to facilitate the delivery of estate related works.
To be prepared to work in hazardous areas taking all safety measures to prevent danger, avoid injury and prevent damage to equipment.
To assist and liaise with contractors undertaking works on site, facilitating access when required.
Undertake unsupervised routine maintenance, for which related training and/or experience has been achieved, that does not justify a fully qualified maintenance craftsperson.
To plan and organise a range of tasks, where there is a need to make adjustments/reallocation e.g. admin work as directed by senior staff in line with service provision.
