What will you be doing as a Support Services Administrator?
- Providing administration and support activities across the whole of the Support Services Team
- Process Speaker Meeting requests and slides
- Maintain trackers and procedures for core administration/support activities for the Support Services team for all Speaker Meeting Requests.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Market Access
- Raise purchase requests, receipt invoices, collate quotes for costing and resourcing.
- Regularly update and amend Promomats
- Manage the Hard Copy archiving process for Promomats
- Manage the offsite hard copy material archiving
- Utilisation of the Promomats system to ensure any relevant marketing, sales, and training documents are approved in line with the ABPI code of practice.
- As part of the Support Services team, undertake assigned administration/support tasks as allocated by the Support Services SM Team Leader
- Ensure knowledge developed and retained of other administration activities delivered by the Support Services team and cover these roles as required
- Work closely with other areas of the Support Services team to ensure the Support Services team meets the needs of the business
- Support the Support Services team by adhering to the SMART working policy for the business to provide appropriate levels of support for the Head Office
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a relevant role within Administration, PA, Travel or Events
- An interest in supporting the marketing team would be useful for this role
- Strong time and project management skills are a must
- Accuracy is essential and experience of data processing and maintenance with high level knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
