Eco4 Submissions Officer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an ECO4 Submissions Officer. As a Submissions Officer, you will play a crucial role in processing and analyzing various forms and documents. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Duties**:
- Overseeing Eco4 submission documentation, ensuring adherence to OFGEM regulations.
- Conducting thorough information checks on submission packs to guarantee the accuracy and relevance of information for installer teams.
- Optimising documentation processes and generate automated reports.
- Collaborating with Installers to secure necessary documents for the submission process.
- Keeping internal processes up to date for real-time progress visibility for the Submissions Manager and the leadership team.
- Managing customer-sensitive data according to ICO guidelines, including benefit checks, proof of residence, and identification documents.
- Submitting compliant paperwork packs to our funders and utility partners.
**Skills**:
- Previous ECO Experience.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £16,224.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- ECO: 2 years (preferred)
