**Job description**:
**Person specification**:
Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Using social media tools/social listening to understand the different viewpoints and perspectives of others and then using this information to inform our approach.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of an evaluation plan for all social media activity
- Be innovative in our co-ordination, execution and delivery of social media messages, briefing content creators where necessary to increase our social reach and effective engagement with the College’s different audiences.

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

- A sound understanding of social media and digital campaigns and able to spot a good creative idea from a bad one.
- Good experience of developing and editing copy
- Educated to degree level probably with relevant equivalent experience.
