Social Media Executive

**An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Media Executive to join the growing Caprice Holdings team.**
Caprice Holdings is one of London’s leading restaurant groups, operating a number of iconic sites including Scott’s in Mayfair, J. Sheekey, Daphne’s, Balthazar, Bacchanalia, Scott’s Richmond, 34 Mayfair as well as the vibrant Sexy Fish in Berkeley Square.
The role will be based at our Head Office in Fitzrovia, London and you will be visiting the restaurants at least three times a week.
The Social Media Executive role will work across all brands, regularly out creating and collecting content to support the overall social media content strategy of each brand. Storytelling and building awareness of the brands are at the heart of this role. A mix of creativity, organisation and appreciation for premiumisation are integral.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for shooting and editing high-quality and engaging user-generated content for each restaurant to be posted as social reels.
- Developing engaging yearly and marketing campaign led social media strategies for each restaurant. Working closely with the Social Media Manager and Marketing team to execute.
- Briefing in the creative team and agencies on asset requirements and idea generation, as well as creating and completing briefs for videographers and photographers.
- Plan and manage content calendars for all Caprice Holdings brands and accounts, ensuring comms align with marketing plans and business needs.
**Requirements**:
- One year minimum experience in the social media industry, preferably within a luxury company
- Proven experience as Social Media Assistant or Social Media Executive level (or equivalent)
- Ideally have previous experience creating and editing Instagram Reels and TikToks
- Have a strong passion for social media and willingness to follow industry trends
- Be computer savvy with a working knowledge of Excel, Canva, Word, Google docs etc
- Have very strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills and brand aesthetics
- Able to work in a reactive and fast-paced environment
