Job Title: Part-Time Hospitality Administrative Assistant

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support:

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support such as online filing, data entry, system onboarding and document preparation as needed.

Procurement System Maintenance:

- Assist in managing the procurement system, MarketMan, including updating product listings, supplier information, pricing data, recipes.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services - oversee accepting orders through MarketMan and ensuring that any discrepancies in orders or stock are highlighted to your Operations Manager.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders for supplies and equipment as required.

Customer Service:

- Assist with resolving customer complaints or concerns, escalating issues to the Operations Manager as needed.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

- Be prepared to handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Operations Manager, which may include assisting with special events, conducting research, or providing support to other departments.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is an asset.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite and Google
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
