Our friendly Recruitment team at Meallmore are looking for an energetic and driven **Recruitment Coordinator** to join us. This will be an exciting time to join us as we grow our inhouse team, develop our recruitment function and build our employer brand.

Meallmore has over 30 years’ experience of providing exceptional standards of quality care. With 26 care homes across Scotland, we specialise in caring for older people, including the frail elderly. Our high-quality care is individually tailored to residents’ needs, while allowing them to be as independent as they wish.

**Your role as a Meallmore Recruitment Coordinator will include**:

- Utilising Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram for social media posting and advertising
- Ensure that all safer recruitment checks have been completed in line with the Recruitment policy and procedure/PVG’s.
- Support the creation of job descriptions, job adverts and interview questions.
- Coordinate all administration relating to the smooth onboarding of new hires and Generating contracts for local and international recruits.
- Collate and report on recruitment data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

**Skills and attributes required**:

- 1 year + experience within agency or inhouse recruitment admin/ coordination
- Solutions driven.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Good timekeeping and work management skills.
- Proficient on Microsoft i.e Excel, Word.

Location**:Based in Inverness. (May consider an element of hybrid working)**

Salary**: £24,524 per annum**

Hours**:37.5 hours per week** - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm
