**Job Title: Supported Housing Coordinator**

**Location**: Inverness

**Salary**:£27,000 - £28,500

**Monday - Friday**

**Description**:
Are you passionate about supporting individuals in maintaining independent living? We're seeking a dynamic Supported Housing Coordinator to join our team. You'll oversee the delivery of housing support services, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Your role involves managing a dedicated team, assessing support needs, and coordinating daily activities. If you have excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to equality and diversity, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality housing support to service users
- Supervise a team of Supported Housing Workers
- Assess and review support needs of service users
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the building
- Manage staff scheduling and recruitment process
- Coordinate and attend development activities

**Requirements**:

- Effective communication skills
- Ability to use computer software (Microsoft Outlook and Word)
- SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous relevant experience preferred
- Commitment to equality and diversity
