With our client based in Middleton we are looking to appoint an operations administrator to join their busy team. You will be provided administrative support to Operational Director and wider Operations team, providing an exceptional level of service toboth external and internal customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Update customer portals with required documentation once work has been undertaken thereby facilitating payment and provide information for management reports
- Assist operation management in planning LP engineers’ weekly work schedules to maximise operational efficiency
- Raise purchase order requests
- Control the return of information from job packs from the engineers and log this on the relevant system is required
- Create job packs for each project
- Monitor holidays and sickness of staff and inform the relevant Managers
- Verify and process engineers’ expenses payments and forward these to PTSG head office to facilitate prompt and correct reimbursement of legitimate expense claims
- Track and log variation orders, cancelled orders overtime requests and other commercial operations
- General admin duties

Personal Profile:

- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a related industry with field based personnel and national customers
- Strong IT skills, including MS outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional, customer-focused manner, helpful and proactively supporting colleagues
