Mpeople Recruitment have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced **Operations Administrator** to join a thriving manufacturing business based in **Middleton**
- **Location**:Middleton (M24)
- **Salary**: £23,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience
- **Hours**:8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am - 3.45pm Friday

**Duties would include but not be limited to**:

- Administer end to end purchase orders processing using the in-house system (EMIR)
- Processing supplier and customer invoices using the in-house system (EMIR)
- Prepare job packs for the Operations Manager and Engineers
- Support customers and respond to enquiries
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Support with Health & Safety data
- Fleet administration
- Support the operational team with day-to-day office administrative
- Regular communication with the Operations Manage, Lift surveyor and Engineers

**The required traits, skills, and background**:

- The ability to deliver first class customer service
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Can maintain accuracy and attention to detail within a fast-paced role
- Problem-solving skills, and can react & respond to situations appropriately
- Enthusiastic and a great work ethic
- Self-motivated
- To be considered for this role you must be a confident Microsoft Office user (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Previous experience within an administrative role within the lift industry would be desirable but is not essential
- Previous working knowledge of SAFE would also be desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
