**About the role**:

- This role ensures the detailed and correct documentation to support the running of drivers and the depot, including completing pre briefs and debriefs, challenging discrepancies and general administrative duties.

***Key Role Responsibilities**:

- Facilitating inbound and outbound deliveries
- Driver brief and debrief with scanners
- Handling driver and customer queries
- Handling and sorting of parcels
- Data inputting and administrative duties
- Taking and managing customer calls
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, work well under pressure
- 1-2 years’ experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
