An international FinTech company has an exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant to join their team asap, providing support to the senior leadership team, working closely with the EA. This is the perfect role for an ambitious, hardworking, and motivatedassistant who is confident and willing to roll up their sleeves, keen to learn and has a proactive and enthusiastic approach. The successful assistant will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to adapt to an ever changing day. Youwill enjoy taking a hands-on approach and not shying away from a challenge. - Organising access and acting as the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, employees, and new starters
- Diary management and coordination of meeting rooms
- Assisting with the organisation of office moves and office events
- Organise internal and external company events
- General administrative tasks
- Answering, screening and actioning phone calls
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements
- Ordering office supplies and equipment
- Submitting expense forms

**What you’ll need**:

- 1-2 years experience in an office-based role
- Team orientated
- Natural problem solver
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure, using your own initiative
- High attention to detail
- Advanced IT skills; Microsoft Office Suite
