**Project Lead & Coordinator - Events, Systems, and Marketing Projects**

Role Overview: As the Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of key projects including: exhibitions, system/process improvements/developments and marketing projects. Working with the project sponsors, your organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in ensuring project milestones are met, deliverables are achieved, and customer expectations are exceeded. This is a hands-on role that offers opportunities for growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring project requirements are clearly understood.
- Collaborate with the events team to organize and manage various industry exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, and customer events.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of internal systems, such as CRM, marketing automation, and project management tools, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Conduct post-project evaluations, capturing lessons learned and implementing process improvements for future projects.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, proposing effective mitigation strategies to minimise project disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align project objectives and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles, preferably within the events, systems, or marketing domain.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all project deliverables.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, ensuring efficient project planning and execution.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to contribute to marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- A proactive mindset, coupled with problem-solving abilities, to overcome challenges and achieve project goals.
- High level of adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for the electrical lighting industry and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
