3. SCOPE OFWORK

The agency needs the service of asenior level Lead Full Stack Developer. The candidate will serve inthe capacity of a Lead Developer participating in various SDLCprocesses including requirements verification design anddevelopment testing maintenance and support activities per thedirection of agency management. The specific focus of thiscandidate will be the to be part of the team which supportsexisting .NET applications as well as to participates in the SDLCprocess of the new SACWIS system and work with the SystemIntegrator to ensure the transfer of knowledge and ongoingmaintenance of the solution for a given module. Specifically thecandidate will be responsible for maintaining interfaces .NETapplications and supporting SOA integration initiatives andparticipating in the SDLC process which includes meetings with theSI verification of deliverables such as requirements design testingand environment configuration. The candidate must have ESBexperience with both BizTalk and MuleSoft and and in addition befamiliar with Salesforce

SpecificServices Required:

In the role of theLead Developer the following services are required:

Must be very organized proactive andselfdirected.

Must beselfstarter and driven. Must Drive the work from requirements toimplementation.

Must havevery strong abstract thinking and problemsolving skills.

Must have very good verbal and writtencommunication skills.

Design and developmentAPI solutions

Perform BizTalk programming andsupport for importing or exporting files.

Provide production support for BizTalk processes in productionenvironment.

Bd Be able to create new dataexchanges in MuleSoft and integrate it with Salesforce

Provide analysis/requirements to integrateapplications.

Work on all phases of SDLC andcreate/maintain required technical documentation.

Assist in the preparation of Quality Assurance planningrelated to data exchange processes.

Assist inmigration and integration of data and processes from legacy systemsto new applications and new technologies.

Assists in the development of information systems blueprints designpatterns templates for best in class software development and toensure high levels of software re use and the migration towardsservice oriented architecture (SOA).

Demonstrated ability to deliver business and technicalvalue.

Work with the Application DevelopmentManager to establish goals and code reviews while meetingrequirements of projects.

Work with managementto supply input for key design and architecture decisions as wellas work estimation and resource planning.

Provide guidance and training to team members.

Anexperience professional with 10 or more years of prior experiencedemonstrating the following knowledge and skills:

***Must Have Microsoft BizTalk Server2016 (5 years experience) Orchestrations Maps Pipelines PortConfiguration XSLT XML XSD as well as performance and scalabilitytuning.

*** Must Have Goodunderstanding of SOA. (10 years experience)

***Must Have Good understanding of MuleSoft andSalesforce (5 Years experience). Will not get an interview if doesnot have MuleSoft Experience in addition to BizTalk

Experience with code control/versionTeam Foundation.

Proficient inXSLT.

Create enterprise development standards for SOA services.

Proficient in different poling mechanisms andSqltoXML queries for SQL Server and DB2
