**About the role**

A fantastic opportunity for a proactive and well-organised Graduate to join our growing PMO team. We are seeking someone who is confident, organised, and outgoing to support on existing projects. The Project Support Officer will work closely with the Project Managers and Agile Delivery Managers to effectively support the day-to-day running of our projects and the software delivery lifecycle.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Create and distribute project reports internally and externally
- Client communication
- Maintaining project registers
- Project documentation creation
- Project tracking and communication of project issues, risks, requirements and dependencies using company’s preferred methodology and toolkits
- Help co-ordinate internal resources such as developers, QAs, business analysts and others as required
- Work closely with the Client resources to resolve issues and ensure project tasks are completed to plan
- Support commercial aspects of project management including staff timesheets

**Key Skills & Attributes**
- 2:1 or equivalent is preferred ideally from one of the following areas (or similar / equivalent): Project Management, Computer Science, Computing, Business Information Systems, Business Management
- Committed to learning new things, passionate and enthusiastic about technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively at all levels of an organisation
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Knowledge of the fundamental elements of project management (planning, change control, risk management, communication)
- Knowledge of the fundamental elements of software development
- Awareness of agile processes
- Proactive
