We seek an apprentice to join us to fuel our future growth and to develop long terms careers with great potential

Since 2013 Fleet Evolution have developed a fantastic apprentice programme aimed at taking intelligent driven people to develop into leading lights within our organisation. All but 3 of our team have come via our apprentice programme and we have a proven track record in taking talented people who want to develop a career but need a break into this programme and developing them into senior roles within the business.

As a Fleet Logistics Apprentice you would join our Operations team, you will support our customers, and will dovetail with every department within our small business, your main duties will be;
Management of our existing fleet of 900 cars and supporting our customers

Arranging vehicle maintenance - service, MOT and tyre replacement

Carrying out licence checks

Manage any end of contract damage

Reporting on key issues for customers and the senior management team

And other general duties, we highly value our staff and want you to develop, not make tea/coffee for the team so the faster you learn the more responsibility you will be given.
- Key Requirements:
- All applicants must have a Full driving licence with no current endorsement points
- Enjoy logístical planning and coordinating getting from location A to B via C in the most cost effective and quickest way
- Have a keen attention to detail to carry out vehicle checks and inspections to identify items that fall outside of a specified criteria (training on criteria will be provided).

The successful applicant will spend 18 months completing a level 2 or 3 NVQ in business administration whilst supporting our operations team, you will also gain experience in the following teams;
- Customer Care
- Engagement
- Operations
- Finance
- Marketing

An ideal opportunity for a hungry individual to train and progress in a fast growing company where your achievements will only be limited by your drive. After 18 months your salary will move to £25,000 then upwards from there. The lower salary in the apprentice programme is to enable you to be fully trained to include external training bodies, developing in areas we agree will benefit you and us.

Must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C including Maths and English, be positive, hardworking, friendly and open. Please note we are in a remote location with poor public transport links. As this role will include collecting and delivering vehicles you must be comfortable on the road and have a valid licence with less than 6 points.
