Office Administrator

11am - 6pm -- Monday to Friday

**Duties**:

- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, and place orders as needed.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate calendars.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as accounts payable/receivable.
- Provide clerical support to other team members as needed.
- Assist Transport Manager in booking jobs, despatching drivers and booking fleet maintenance

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred.
