Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of BTC marketing campaigns
- Deliver in-person presentations effectively to the correct target audience
- Handle all enquiries regarding products and services
- Monitor and analyse all relevant data to evaluate campaign success.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional image for clients
- Build ongoing relationships with existing and new customers

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
