Substance Use Worker

Location: Cardiff - Outreach, and home visits / co-location with other social care partners will be expected.
Hours: 37 hours per week
**Salary**: £24,205 - £26,265 per annum
Duration: Permanent, in line with funding

Key details/responsibilities:
The role will provide a harm reduction, case management and specialist intervention function across the CAVDAS services model. The role will contribute to structured community rehab timetabled approaches while supporting flexible and responsive peer led and innovative responses to substance use throughout the region.
