Key Responsibilities as a Housing First Support Worker:

Provide personalised support to individuals moving from rough sleeping into stable housing in Cardiff
Develop trusting relationships to help clients maintain tenancies and improve their independence
Address homelessness, mental health, and substance use issues through tailored support
Collaborate with other services (housing, mental health, and substance support) to ensure clients' long-term success
Use trauma-informed approaches and strengths-based support
