We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Finishing Operative within our Operations Team.

**In a nutshell, you will be responsible for**:
Finishing the clay sinks to the highest Shaw standard ready to be cured and dried for spraying, following S.O.Ps and training you will be hand finishing shaws luxury sinks and add your mark of approval and have pride in the work that you do.

**What you are already great at**:

- To finish sinks in line with agreed Standard Operating Procedures
- To learn and develop basic and advanced finishing techniques
- Manually complete daily finishing sheets
- Work as part of a team to achieve set production targets
- Minimize wastage through attention to detail and adhering to continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure that good housekeeping standards are met at all times, through regular cleaning.
- To work in a safe manner at all times, ensuring that all health and safety procedures are adhered to
- Undertake any Health and Safety training as required
- Assist with any other daily production tasks
