Our client is a large housing association and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Customer Service Advisor to provide an excellent and suitable customer service to their customers, handling all methods of contact and ensuring a promptand effective response to all enquiries, to join their ambitious team on a permanent basis.

**Client Details**

Our client is an established housing association who puts its residents at the heart of everything they do, looking to continually improve the quality of their homes, the services they offer and the neighbourhoods in which they live. They own and managethousands of homes across the country and provide a diverse range of housing solutions and associated services to meet the needs of existing and potential customers.

**Description**

You will be expected to handle inbound enquires in a timely, considerate and effective manner and make a genuine difference to people's lives every single day. Alongside, providing detailed and accurate information on products and, services and resolve queriesat the first point of contact.

From an administration perspective, you will be expected to maintain accurate customer records, retrieving and inputting information following each interaction, in particular updating and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management.

Our client would need someone who is supportive of the wider business with customer interactions through the making and recording of outbound calls.

Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

- Customer focused and able to demonstrate high levels of customer service.
- Able to use own initiative and solve problems.
- Willing and flexible to respond positively to challenges.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Literacy and numeracy skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
- Reliable team player who can effectively work in challenging circumstances.
- Previous call centre/contact centre experience.
- Relevant experience of the housing industry and/or customer service would be desirable.
