**Patient Data Coordinator**

Our client PillTime is changing the way thousands of customers receive and can easily and safely administer their often vital daily medications in the comfort of their own home.

The innovative Bristol based online pharmacy are at the forefront of the recent automation of medicine prescription provision and delivery.

We are working hand in hand with the senior team at PillTime to recruit a Patient Data Coordinator to ensure that patient prescriptions are recorded and amended effectively. Working within the Clinical team, this administrative role is crucial in ensuring all patient records are maintained correctly to ensure the patient has an excellent PillTime journey.

Your duties will include:

- Deal with patient data sensitively and according to the data protection policy.
- Collaborate within key teams and stakeholders to clarify facts, exchange information, or resolve enquiries and issues.
- Carry out a range of processing and data inputting tasks ensuring relevant quality measures are achieved for PillTime patients.
- Use problem solving skills to ensure that all prescription information is correct and received in full from surgeries.
