We pride ourselves on being driver-focused, fostering loyalty between clients and their customers. *The Role:* As an Operations and Customer Service Specialist, you will:

- Review daily driver payment compliance and quality-check ANPR data.
- Complete a range of daily administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of core functions, with opportunities to contribute more widely as you progress. A keen eye for detail, the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues, and contribute innovative ideas to continuously improve processes are essential. *Responsibilities:*
- Quality check ANPR data to maintain the highest levels of accuracy and data protection.
- Review and action appeals from drivers who have accrued a Penalty Charge Notice.
- Perform general administrative tasks and assist the Operations team. *Required Skills:*
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen eye for detail with the ability to spot patterns and identify potential data issues.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Initiative to work independently while collaborating with the wider team.
- Professional yet personable demeanour when engaging with clients and customers. *Experience:* While some administrative and / or customer service experience is preferred, we value a great attitude and willingness to learn above all. The Benefits:
