**As our ComplianceAdministrator you will**:
- Draft Customer Contracts, SLAs and Terms &Conditions
- Generation and preparation of Sales Order Forms
- Assist with Renewals of Customer Contracts, SLAsand Terms & Conditions
- Monitor contracts for expiry dates and changes
- Draft Data Sharing Agreements
- Draft and send Legal Letters
- Draft and send NDAs and monitor expiry dates
- Work with due diligence for Suppliers/Subprocessors
- Assist with drafting Sales Tenders
- Review Third Party Terms and Conditions
- Draft Integration Agreements, including;Collaboration Agreements, Marketing Agreements, Data Sharing Agreements andTerms & Conditions
- Assist with maintaining Contract Frameworks
- Review Customer Contracts to ensure compliancewith the SLAs and Terms & Conditions
- Assist Sales and Product teams with generalcontract queries
- Taking Meeting Minutes
- Assist with Health and Safety
**Essentials**:
- Have an ability to work in a self-directiveenvironment and be proactive in resolving problems and complete tasks withinstrict deadlines.
- Have a high standard of written and verbalcommunication skills. Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight orfluid deadlines.
- High levels of attention to detail,confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in cross team collaboration andeffective communication skills across various levels of seniority
- Previous work experience in an officeenvironment
**Desirables**:
- Previous knowledge of Information Security andGDPR
- Legal experience or background
- Previous knowledge of the care industry eitherthrough business or personal experience
