Based in Swansea city centre, we are looking to expand our talented Sales team by hiring a number of enthusiastic and experienced customer service / sales staff.

As an organization we have direct contracts with some of the biggest National and International Energy Companies, who specialize in giving customers **FREE** energy saving measures.

We're currently looking to recruit motivated Customer Service Advisors, who’ll be responsible for taking customers through initial diagnostics of their issues and queries. Joining an existing friendly and supportive team, who ownership of customer responses and resolutions.

**Our Core Hours**:
MONDAY 9- 5

TUESDAY 9- 5

WEDNESDAY 9 - 5

THURSDAY 9 - 5

FRIDAY 9-4

(With a possibility for a change in hours within the next few months, to the following):
MONDAY 9- 5

TUESDAY 9- 5

WEDNESDAY 10 - 6

THURSDAY 10 - 6

FRIDAY 9 - 4
